Carlos Bausa Martinez

ArquiaVis founder

Arquiavis is a project born from a passion for capturing the essence and stories of diverse spaces, from historical buildings to natural environments affected by climate change. The aim is to create artistic digital representations that reflect the rich histories, environmental challenges, and beauty of our natural and built world. My work covers a broad range, from documenting heritage sites with deep historical significance to showcasing areas of natural beauty, and even supporting real estate projects with accurate visualizations to help clients market properties more effectively.

As both an architect specialised in sustainable design and photographer, I strive to break free from the traditional constraints of rectangular framing imposed by documentary photography standards. I seek visual angle freedom, using advanced 3D technologies to offer immersive experiences that allow viewers to engage with spaces from every angle. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in London with international architectural firms like Foster + Partners and Zaha Hadid Architects, and over time developed an interest for creating digital models using photogrammetry, LiDAR scanning, 360° photography, and video to bring spaces to life in virtual 3D format.

This site presents a collection of my independent projects as a reality capture and 3D artist, offering insight into the stories of the places I visit. I hope it inspires you to connect, share your stories, and allow me to collaborate with you on creating virtual worlds that preserve heritage buildings, archaeological and natural sites legacy for future generations.
